One of the biggest Milwaukee festivals you’ve probably never heard of is the Frank Mots International Kite Festival. While it draws a cult following of kite enthusiasts from around the world, most people in Milwaukee don’t even know it exists. These posters aimed to changed that. The challenge? Write an original concept without words… And make it capture the imagination of an entire city.
